What is Plana?

Plana is a home-improvement marketplace. Homeowners post projects — optionally with a 3D LiDAR room scan — and receive proposals from local contractors. Contractors browse nearby projects and submit bids.

How do I post a project?

Open the app, go to the Home tab, and tap the + button to start a new project. Describe the work, add photos or a 3D room scan, set your budget, and publish. Local contractors can then send you proposals.

How does 3D room scanning work?

On a LiDAR-capable iPhone, choose Scan Room when creating a project. Move your phone slowly around the room to capture an accurate floor plan in seconds — no tape measure required.

How do I receive or compare proposals?

Open any project you've posted from My Projects to see the proposals contractors have sent. You can compare pricing and timelines and message contractors directly with questions.

I'm a contractor — how do I find work?

Browse projects from homeowners in your area, filtered by distance and project type. Open a project to see the details — including 3D scans and reference photos — then submit a proposal with your pricing and timeline.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated data. You can also email us at admin@planax.co and we'll process the deletion for you.

How do I report a problem or inappropriate content?

If you encounter inappropriate content or behavior from another user, please email admin@planax.co with the details and we'll review it promptly. You can also block a user from within a conversation.
